Response time:

New Zealand: We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and generally within 20 working days (unless extended as permitted by law).

The face behind the brand

Hey! I am João, the founder of Nootra. I started Nootra back in February 2023 after finishing my Masters in Cognitive Neuroscience. Believe it or not we were one of the very first brand to bring creatine gummies to the UK. And the first to do 5g of creatine per serving.

Why? Because I hated the taste and texture of creatine. I knew there must have been a better way to take it. But alternatives were offering either large serve sizes (6 gummies for a 3g dose) or low dosage (come on, 1g of creatine per serving...really?).

I wanted to create a product that would make it easy and convenient to take creatine anywhere anytime. Because I believe that every single person can benefit from supplementing with creatine. From young to old. Creatine is a naturally occurring compound responsible for cellular energy production. The problem is that we lose about 2-3g of creatine PER DAY. So, supplementing is a must.
