This is difficult to rate at the moment I’ve be taking 3 per day for about 3 weeks. It’s been a bit hit and miss as I’ve been experiencing nausea! So I’ve staggered the gummies over the whole day with food & was recommended to drink much more water! So that’s what I’ve been doing. Do I feel any different?? Not really but I would say it’s too early to tell and I’ve not been consistent. I don’t have the nausea now. The gummies them selves are ok I’m currently taking the pineapple flavour & they are very pleasant although I wish they were slightly sweeter that’s just personal preference! I think In time I will benefit from taking them. I’ve got a 3 month supply so let’s see. My son takes gummies albeit a different brand and has felt a difference in his day to day activities & especially in working out!! Let’s hope it works for me too!
